Pretty simple to install, took about an hour to setup. Pulled a 1966 Chevy C10 with my Sprinter. The quality is very good and of course shipping was fast.
Bolted right in with in an hour. Easy install and solid product. Only issue is that the receiver hides back beneath the step. This is going to make trailer plugin a stretch but on a good note no shin pain.

Initial product was too narrow by about 3.8 of an inch. I was advised to bend it outwards to make it fit. Fits great now after yarding on it wedged under a car tire. Otherwise no issues and looks like it is going to be a solid hitch.

Fit great on 2021 Sprinter 2500, factory step bumper. I lowered the spare tire and installed the hitch in 15 minutes. All holes lined up, the hitch is sturdy and fits well.
I took longer to get back with your requested review than I had planned . I installed my hitch yesterday . It was not the easiest job , not because of your hitch but because of the location and my age ( 76 ) . We were flooded out last August and I have a lot of cut-off ends of 2 x 6 and 2 x 4 lumber that I used to make a pair of supports on a gravel driveway using ramps to elevate my MB Sprinter 2500 van and with raising the hitch one board at a time , alternating back and forth until I had the hitch almost in place . Then I maneuvered the hitch in place with a little prying and tapping until I could bring the bolts the rest of the way through . It FIT PERFECT !! . Perfect custom fit for my 2014 sprinter van. Incredibly easy installation. The hitch conceals nicely under the rear step- you wouldn’t even know that it’s there!

Looks great! Installed in about 30min on my 2014 2500 sprinter passenger van.
I think the packaging could have been better. the piece came wrapped on plastic, but it is so heavy that the hitch ends rubbing out of it. the instructions are ok, but the video is awesome. once you watch that video, you know exactly what you have in front of you. The kit came with almost everything I needed with the exception of a few wire ties and a connector (disclosed on the video).
The item looks great, they emailed me tracking info and it even showed up before they promised. I would buy form etrailer again in no time!

Fits 2020 Sprinter Passenger. Fairly easy install if you have power tools and drop spare tires. Tight fit around exhaust tip but fits.
Problem was packaging from etrailer. The hitch was delivered in plastic wraps without any protection in corners. I understand hitch is usually not visible from outside however Sprinter van hitch sticks out so Ill have to touch up all the banged up corners. They could’ve simply add cardboard just around the corners.
Great hitch at a great price with easy install. This trailer hitch was a snap to put in right out of the box. You'll need to lift-support both sides of it as you line up and install the first (either) side--my wife held one side as I installed the other.
Easy Peasy. FAST SHIPPING!!! It arrived 5 days earlier than expected. I had it installed in under 30 minutes. I didn't time it but it felt like it. I installed it by myself. I took the three bolts that were already installed for my factory step and turned them around one at a time. You can't push them all the way thru, only to the edge of the frame so the hitch will slide up. I ran the new bolt that was supplied all the way thru on one side then I had to convince the other side to go up due to the undercoating. I pushed the second bolt thru on the second side and it was uphill after that. The three original bolts were tight so I had to use a socket wrench to get them to go thru the holes. I do have two complaints. The bumper was shipped wrapped in plastic only. The paint was scrapped off the hard edges towards the back. Nothing that a can of spray paint can't fix. The other issue was one of the nuts supplied was a M10x1.5 instead of the M12x1.5 needed. A trip to Lowes and $1.00 later and it was fixed. We are moving this weekend so I will be using the new hitch real soon. Thanks E-Trailer.
Good solid unit, easy install. The one thing I’m disappointed by is the finish of the product. The paint or powder coat could be better, because of this likely would not buy again.The hardware sent with it rusted as well as some rust on the hitch itself that I’ve had to touch up. Metal must not have been prepped properly. And where we live it’s rains, didn’t snow much and they don’t salt the roads

Over time the hitch will be hit with road debris that will lead to rust in rainy conditions. I recommend touching up the hitch with a rust resistant paint which you will have on hand for regular hitch maintenance.

Great hitch perfect fit on my mercedes sprinter install took 10 min only reason i give it 4 stars is because it was shipped in just plastic wrap instead of being packaged in a box
Solid build as I would expect from DrawTite. Installation was easy. Needed to buy additional bolts ($95) because Sprinter Factory bolts were removed by previous owner.
Hitch is as expected but the damage to powder coating is unfortunate and will need to be spray coated to delay the eventual rusting that occurs with all hitches in New england winters.
Fit great. 30 minutes - 1 hour install depending on ability. I was able to get one side hung and used a bar to pop the other side past the frame into place. Two people would make it a bit easier. Need 18 and 19mm sockets and wrenches.
Great hitch. Fairly easy install even with the Sprinter factory step. Make sure you have a decent riser setup to position the hitch for installation (my old tire/wood block riser setup wasn’t pretty but worked for my solo install).
Installed on a 2020 Sprinter Cargo with factory rear step. I used two wooden stools to help me position and hold the hitch in place while I tightened up the nuts and bolts. Best part, if you have a 1-Up USA bike holder, it will not obstruct the backup sensors and will not block your license plate.
This was actually used on a new 2019 Sprinter which is a different body style but the inner frame work is still the same as the 2007-2018 2500 versions with factory rear step. Fits fine, a bit snug on the frame rails due to the undercoating used on the van but it works. I would coat the hardware in either paint or some grease to help with corrosion after installation as it uses the yellow zinc and bright zinc coated hardware which does not handle corrosive environments well. Packaging of the hitch could have been a bit better, there was some paint touch up needed where the plastic wrapped around the bar for shipping wore off but everything was there when unwrapping it.
It is a good option to retain the factory step though I believe Mercedes is releasing a hitch bar that would work with the factory bumper step.
The video link instructions really helped looking at prior to receiving the product. This way I was clear how to install it. When I received the product - it bolted right up as the directions showed.

I watched the installation video multiple times after ordering the hitch and before it arrived, so I was well prepared before it got here. I had removed the spare tire on my 2017 Sprinter van to make room and also cleaned around each of the bolts holding the rear step bumper in place as well as hitting them with some WD40. The hitch arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I installed it by myself in about 45 minutes. The video was super helpful in preparing me for the job. The hitch fits perfectly and I’m quite happy with the whole process.
